"Ellendale Centennial" 1999
Located in Ellendale, Minnesota
16' x 32' Novacolor® acrylic on primed plywood.
Commissioned by Ellendale Lion's Club

This mural was painted in tribute to the centennial celebration of Ellendale, hometown to the locally famous Steve's Meat Market. In it are several notable figures from the town's history, including the respected Dr. Ertle, and one Ellen Dale, whom the town was named after. We chose to paint this on oil primed and gessoed 3/4" flooring plywood because of the vinyl siding on the building.
